Shipping Page
● Please allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for
items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS, Monday
through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you
once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the
order ships.
● If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order
will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
● If you have NOT received a tracking number after 7 business days, please
check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have
any questions, please contact us via email us.
● Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or
concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal
Service or UPS, as the order is now in their possession.
● If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will
need to contact your postal or UPS office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft,
and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.
● All items are made to order and will vary. If you are not
satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do
anything I can to make it right for you.
